Linda has been involved in Real Estate since obtaining her Salesperson designation in 2003 and has extensive experience in both rural real estate transactions as well as urban properties. A proud recipient of numerous sales awards through Royal LePage, as well as multiple sales awards through her work with other Real Estate companies, Linda shows continued dedication and excellence in the field. In 2008, Linda set out to improve her
skills and acquire more knowledge and insight into the Real Estate industry by studying and earning her designation as a Broker. Linda is fully immersed and passionate about her business and strives daily to do her best and support the needs of her clients. Linda’s love of the business is trumped only by her love of people and her genuine approach and intuitiveness create a naturally comfortable environment for her clients, making it easy to see why so many have become lifelong friends. Over the years, she has cultivated a “fan
base” of sorts, as she receives a high number of referrals and repeat business.
While Linda’s love of Real Estate has grown significantly over the 20 years she has spent in the field, her sales and top-notch customer service have been a part of her skill-set for several decades. Prior to her career in Real Estate, Linda worked for many years as a travel consultant and was also the co-founder of a training and development company that was profitably managed by her for over eight years. The transferable skills she gained throughout her professional career underscore her efficiency as a REALTOR ® and Broker in the industry. Linda now works alongside her sons Darrin and Dennis, and says it has been a wonderful experience. The varied personalities and demographic representation only enhance the characteristics of this Real Estate team. When Linda is not showing properties or writing offers, you will find her completely immersed in the life of her young grandson. She also enjoys good food, whether at home or dining out, along with travelling and taking cruises that provide many opportunities to spend her off time with her family and friends
As a long-time resident of Ottawa and the surrounding area, Darrin is passionate and knowledgeable about the place he calls home. While he currently resides in Bells Corners with his wife Geraldine, son Rowan, and their dog Willow and cat named Banjo, Darrin was born in Brockville, raised in Ottawa and attended school in Manotick, giving him first-hand knowledge and experience in both urban and rural communities in the area. Darrin made his move to join the family business and become a Sales Representative in 2009. Prior to this, he had spent several years travelling and working as a SCUBA and First Aid Instructor, allowing him to live in and experience a variety of locales, including Vancouver, Ireland and many Caribbean Islands. These varied experiences and cultures provided the opportunity for Darrin to hone his communication skills to a high degree.
As a Sales Representative with over a decade of experience, Darrin now thrives on being able to keep his clients comfortable and guide them step by step through the buying process. Being value-driven, Darrin is recognized for his unwavering dedication to being honest, genuine, professional and approachable. His self made qualities include his attention to detail and the ability to adapt to the individual needs of the people he serves. While his passion is for rural real estate, his wealth of experience in both rural and urban property ensures each client excellent representation in every transaction. Darrin’s commitment to the people and his community coupled with his knowledge of the market and geography of the Ottawa and surrounding area make him an asset and valued member of The Williams Team. When he isn’t hard at work, helping his clients, Darrin can be found in close proximity to a stove, with a banjo on his knee, or “Gaming” with his son Rowan.
As the newest member of The Williams Team, Dennis has joined us as a Sales Representative, after spending the last 19 years working in Hospitality Management. Growing up in Ottawa and currently residing in Centretown West, Dennis has a passion for the city he has always called home and is able to use his previous professional experience to offer exceptional service to his clients and community.
Dennis’ career in hospitality allowed him to travel and spend time in several cities across North America, opening and working at various restaurants. Through his eyes, hospitality is all about how you make a person feel through service, experience or relationship and is a skill unto itself, transferable to all businesses. This time spent working in and mastering the industry helped to nourish his communication skills, negotiation techniques and allowed for him to become open, adaptable and connect with various types of people. All of these skills and knowledge have been paramount to Dennis’ success thus far in Real Estate.
The Real-Estate market is dynamic and ever-changing, which is why Dennis is constantly learning and improving to stay up to date and knowledgeable on the most current trends, technologies and systems. Dennis uses a modern, client-centered approach and prides himself on easing his clients’ stress by simplifying what can otherwise feel very complicated, by walking them step-by-step through the process. As a natural problem solver, he finds nothing more satisfying than helping people to achieve their goals and to have them walk away from a transaction feeling ecstatic about the entire experience.
Dennis is an avid traveller and loves food and eating out, enjoys music and stays active through skiing, cycling and hiking. Most of all, Dennis loves engaging in these activities in the company of great friends and family.
